Terms & Conditions

• 300 Kms is minimum Chargeable for outstation travel
• Kms and Time will be calculated from Garage to Garage
• Night Charges will be applicable between 2200 hrs to 0600 hrs
• Government taxes as applicable
• Passengers should not carry any goods like weapons, inflammables, firearms, ammunition, drugs, liquor, smuggled goods etc and any other articles that are prohibited under law.
• In case of any breakdowns en route Athena Cars & Tours (P) Ltd will arrange replacement vehicle at the earliest based on the distance from Office, Athena Cars & Tours (P) Ltd is not responsible for any breakdowns of audio, video and air conditioning equipment en route or in the middle of the journey.
• Athena Cars & Tours (P) Ltd does not allow any pets on board its service.
• Prices exclude Check post, Toll and Parking Charges
• Interstate Taxes/Permit Charges for outstation travel will be applicable
• Online payment charges may apply if customers are paying by net banking, credit / debit cards.

Cancellation / Refund policy

Customer may CANCEL their booking minimum One day before the trip.
In case of cancellation of booking, cancellation charges as applicable will be levied.
